We want you to love your Tidly Iron. If you don't, we make it easy to return.
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date, no questions asked. If you're not 100% satisfied, contact us and we'll arrange a full refund.
Return Conditions
- Item must be in its original packaging
- Include all accessories (cord, storage bag)
- Proof of purchase required
- Items damaged by misuse may not be accepted
How to Return
Email us at support@tidlymarket.com with your order number. We'll send a prepaid shipping label within 24 hours.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive your item, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Need a different plug type? We'll exchange for free within 30 days. Just email us with your order number and the variant you need.
Defective or Damaged Products
If your Tidly Iron arrived defective or was damaged in shipping, we'll send you a replacement immediately at no charge. Please include a photo of the damage when contacting us.
