Free EU Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders to EU countries. No minimum order required.
Delivery Times
All orders ship from our EU warehouse within 1 business day of payment confirmation.
- EU Standard: 3–5 business days
- Express EU: 1–2 business days (available at checkout)
- International: 7–14 business days
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website.
Shipping Countries
We currently ship to all EU member states and most international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at support@tidlymarket.com.
Customs & Duties
For orders within the EU, all applicable taxes and duties are included in the price. For international orders outside the EU, customs fees and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days at support@tidlymarket.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
