1. Products & Orders

All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Orders are confirmed by email once payment is processed. Tidly ships from the EU — typical delivery is 3–5 business days within Europe.

2. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other major payment methods at checkout. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

3. Shipping

We offer free EU shipping on all orders. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control. For international orders outside the EU, additional customs duties may apply.

4. Returns & Refunds

5. Product Warranty

The Tidly Steam Iron comes with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Damage caused by misuse or accidents is not covered.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and product designs — is the property of Tidly and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tidly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website beyond the purchase price of the product.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by EU consumer protection laws. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the relevant EU member state.
